The hunting area is ideally situated to combine your hunting trip with a holiday. There are many well renowned “Big Five” Game Reserves in the area, interesting historical sights, beautiful beaches and scenic golf courses. Port Elizabeth is also the ideal starting point to explore the picturesque Garden Route ending in Cape Town. The Eastern Cape has a healthy climate and is Malaria Free. Families are welcome. We encourage non-hunters to accompany the hunt and experience the terrain and nature of this area.
We offer a range of day trips and tours within a reasonable distance for our non-hunting guests:
- Addo Elephant Park with its abundance of wildlife including the Big 5.
- Day trips to Pumba Game Reserve.
- Port Elizabeth where we visit the craft markets, beaches and shopping centres.
- Port Alfred for a day of sun, sea, sand, seafood and shopping.
- Grahamstown where we can visit the Museums and other interesting historical sites.
- Golfing, including the local Grahamstown course, the famous Royal Port Alfred links and Humewood links in PE.
- The worlds highest bungee jump off the Storms River Bridge.
- Horse riding trails through game reserves and along the spectacular beaches near Port Alfred.
- Fishing charters, ocean diving or whale watching can be arranged from Port Elizabeth or Port Alfred
Activities from the camp include:
- Nature and birding walks around the farm - guided or unguided.
- Game drives around the area (including night drives).
- Waterfall is an operational cattle and sheep farm. Watch the experienced stockmen at work with their dogs.
